The Challenges

Competing with Big Commerce

In today’s day and age, there’s not much incentive to purchase directly from a company. Most of us default to the big commerce platforms we’re familiar with like Redmart, Amazon, and Shopee.

Though convenient, these online retailers take a portion of the brand’s profit and limit the brand experience most companies want to provide. This was the case for Gryphon Tea.

They approached Brew wanting to increase traffic and direct sales on their brand website, allowing them to hang onto their profits and have full control over the customer experience. They also wanted to promote the corporate gifting B2B side of their business.

But how would we convince people to buy directly from Gryphon’s site?

Fully Integrated Digital Advertising Campaign
Marketing Campaign Design

We couldn’t just roll out some ads and expect Gryphon’s site sales to skyrocket. We needed our advertising to be founded on highly targeted messaging and compelling promotions. We worked with Gryphon’s team to design every aspect of their marketing campaign mechanics – from visual design to promotional offers, like the one below.

Digital Advertising Strategy Design

Once the foundation of the campaign was laid, we went on to design the digital advertising strategy. We started with in-depth persona research which fueled our funnel strategy. Based on our audience and campaign strategy, we handled all aspects of the digital advertising campaign – from copy to visuals.

Launched Optimized Google and Facebook Ads

Once all creatives were set, we launched Gryphon’s ads on Google Search, Google Display Network, and Facebook – and we didn’t have to wait to optimize them. Using metadata from clients running ads to similar audiences in the same locations, we were able to hit the ground running with ads that performed well from the start, using copy, colors, and imagery we knew would perform well. No ad spend was wasted as conversions and sales began streaming in from the launch date.
