True to their namesake, Astrid Plastic Surgery offers a variety of aesthetic surgical procedures. These include eyelid enhancements, liposuction, and other microsurgical procedures.

Astrid is led by Consultant Plastic Surgeon Dr Jonah Kua and operates in two locations – Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre and Novena Medical Center.

The Challenges

When Astrid Clinic partnered with Brew, they were in the early stages of establishing their presence in the competitive field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Having recently launched their website coinciding with the clinic’s opening, they were looking to leverage on the digital space to improve their brand awareness and connect with new clients.

Recognizing the need for expert guidance, Astrid turned to Brew for guidance. Having sat down with Astrid, it was determined that the following needed to be done:

Our Approach

Crafting a Home Page for Astrid Clinic

To address the challenges Astrid Clinic faced in establishing its online presence and increasing awareness of its services, Brew undertook a targeted approach focused on enhancing the clinic’s digital footprint and search engine visibility.

A comprehensive home page was designed to provide visitors with general information about Astrid Clinic’s range of services. This page served as the digital gateway to the clinic, offering an overview of their commitment to combining aesthetic beauty with medical expertise.

Creating Procedure-Specific Landing Pages

To directly address the lack of awareness regarding Astrid’s specialised services, Brew crafted individual landing pages for three of the clinic’s core surgical procedures which were upper eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and breast augmentation.

Our decision was based on the following reasons:

1. Top Procedures: These pages were selected for improvement because they represent the most popular procedures in Singapore, highlighting their demand and relevance in the local market.

2. Specialisation in Eyelid Surgery: Eyelid surgery is a particular area of expertise for Astrid’s Dr Jonah Kua who is known for achieving natural-looking results. We chose to highlight this speciality to help differentiate Astrid from its competitors.

3. Keyword Goldmine: These pages also represent a significant opportunity to leverage SEO, as our research indicates that breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery are among the most frequently searched terms in Singapore.

Brew also made sure to highlight the various benefits of getting a procedure done at Astrid to preempt any potential concerns that they may have. For example, we made sure to highlight the following benefits:

Designed Specialised Artwork for Surgical Procedures

To further put patients at ease, the Brew team also designed customised artwork depicting Astrid’s surgical procedures.

These illustrations were created to be in line with Astrid’s brand identity and to visually demystify the surgery process, making it more approachable and understandable for patients. This thoughtful approach helps reduce anxiety by providing clear, comforting visuals that align perfectly with Astrid’s commitment to patient care and transparency.

To guarantee the illustrations were both accurate and informative, we worked hand-in-hand with Dr. Jonah Kua, Astrid Clinic’s expert plastic surgeon renowned for his skill in creating natural-looking eyelid surgery results.

Dr. Kua’s deep knowledge and experience enabled us to offer precise diagrams and thorough explanations to potential patients, making complex procedures easier to understand.

Keyword Optimization

Recognizing the importance of search engine optimization (SEO) for online visibility, Brew meticulously selected and incorporated highly searched keywords relevant to Astrid Clinic’s services within the Singapore context.

Keywords such as “UPPER EYELID SURGERY SINGAPORE,” “RHINOPLASTY SINGAPORE,” and “BREAST AUGMENTATION IN SINGAPORE” were strategically used throughout the landing pages.

Ran Google Adwords Campaigns

Brew’s partnership with Astrid Clinic extended into the realm of digital advertising through a focused Google AdWords campaign, aimed at boosting the clinic’s visibility to potential patients online.

Through detailed keyword research, Brew identified key terms such as “liposuction Singapore,” “breast augmentation,” and “eyelids” that aligned closely with Astrid’s service offerings.
