The Solutions

Identifying the Perfect Audience

Everyone loves food and drink, but we wanted to hone in on those most likely to be placing online delivery orders during the pandemic. Times were tough for Harry’s. We didn’t want them to spend a dime more than they needed on marketing efforts. Positive ROI was the primary goal.

We worked with the Harry’s staff and talked with some regulars to carve out customer personas and hone in on the ideal audience for our campaign.

Creating a Seamless Ordering Experience

We knew if people were going to place online delivery orders, the experience needed to be as easy and seamless as possible. We worked with the Harry’s team to roll out a landing page and ordering sequence that would convert at a high rate.

Rolling Out Creative Facebook Ads

With plenty of other bars and restaurants switching to the online ordering model, we knew Harry’s ads needed to stand out. We didn’t quickly throw together some copy and creative, but carefully designed ad campaigns we knew would catch the attention of Singapore residents and drive them to take action.

We highlighted some of their deals and worked with them on the highly effective “Be Your Own Bartender” campaign. We also helped them roll out an online merchandise promotion.

Providing Ongoing Ad Optimization

Rolling out Facebook ads was just the beginning. Our media buying team worked with Harry’s to optimize their campaigns over the coming months, by utilizing lookalike audiences, retargeting, and frequent A/B testing of messaging and creative.

Results

Thanks to our marketing strategy and quick rollout, Harry’s online orders grew by 8x. In the process, we helped them decrease their cost per order by 72%.
