Despite being Southeast Asia’s leading property portal, Property Guru was leaving money on the table when it came to B2B sales. Due to numerous product offerings, their sales reps were only pushing the products they were most familiar with, leading to loads of lost revenue. Their sales team needed resources and training to expertly maximize every sales opportunity.

We broke down the traditional real estate buying process. Using this, we crafted a captivating story to help PropertyGuru’s sales team and serve as the framework for a zero moment of truth (the moment a consumer begins researching products) and next steps toward purchase. We took this story and brought it to life in an eye-catching sales deck that would serve as a tool to properly introduce prospects to their full suite of products. Lastly, we trained PropertyGuru’s sales team on how to present the deck effectively to drive sales.

PropertyGuru received a captivating story and helpful resources that their sales team would use to get the most out of every sales opportunity. Since engaging Brew, PropertyGuru’s revenue has grown by 17.9% to S$42.9mil as they’ve secured a listing on Nasdaq.
