Hmlet’s fundamental objective is to generate leads and maintain a steady flow of new leads. In order to achieve that, they were spending six-figure sums of money on running ads across a wide range of networks.

Due to this, they were incurring a very high cost per lead with very poor quality leads in return. They even found that people were browsing the website and returning to it after a couple of months.

Hmlet felt the need to invest in an optimized strategy and improve their lead generation efforts. That’s when they reached out to us at Brew Interactive.

Solution

After studying their business, identifying gaps and understanding their target audience, we suggested the use of chatbots to capture leads.

We built an optimized chatbot, developed conversation flows and integrated it into their marketing automation tool, Salesforce.

The chatbot was used to understand the user’s intent and how they came onto the site, with an objective to help them achieve their goal faster. Apart from using it to offer instant support, we also leveraged it to educate the audience and direct them to relevant content pieces.

The conversation flow was mapped out with the Hmlet team after having analyzed their website user data and aligning it with their business objectives.

 

Results

Our strategy of leveraging conversational marketing to engage website visitors worked wonders for their lead generation efforts.

We used the chatbot to share valuable information and simplify the booking process, resulting in a 3x boost in leads.
