The Challenges
Minimal Solutions Awareness
Bosch rolled out a new solution for office buildings, but due to increased competition and little knowledge of the solution – they were struggling to acquire new leads and make sales for their new offering. They needed help educating their target audience, generating demand, and driving leads.
The SOLUTIONS
Strategy and Detailed Persona Mapping
We worked with Bosch’s team to create detailed target persona profiles where we helped them identify key pain points, most pertinent informational needs, sample keywords they may be searching, and their biggest challenges. These details would fuel our entire campaign.
Landing Page Creation
Once we identified their key personas, we helped them build out a landing page that educated, drove demand, and featured multiple CTAs to appeal to users whether they had no understanding of connected building services or they were ready to convert. We carefully crafted the content to appeal to and resonate with their target personas.
Google Ads
Though there wasn’t a great deal of volume or demand for connected offices, there was some – and we wanted to capitalize on it as best we could. We created a handful of search ad campaigns, each focused on a specific persona and the key phrases they would be most likely to search.
LinkedIn Ads
In addition to the search ads, we needed to introduce the solution to those who weren’t yet aware, and educate them on its benefits. We pushed downloads and presentations to help each persona learn more about the solutions most relevant to them.
