Since COVID disrupted the traditional office environment, Brother had been struggling to grow their business in Singapore. As businesses began to reopen their offices, they needed help increasing leads and getting printers into more local businesses. They engaged Brew to help them scale their marketing and sales efforts.

As a printing company, we knew the COVID pandemic changed the typical needs of IT managers, procurement managers, and business owners. So not only did we develop intricate buyer personas for Brother, we also dug deep into their customer’s current needs, how the pandemic affected their processes, and what they need out of their printing partner.

Conversion-Focused Landing Page

We designed a landing page with a laser focus on driving leads. We highlighted the biggest benefits of using a Brother printer, leaning on the pain points we uncovered during customer interviews. We spotlighted the most important features prospects were looking for.

Captivating Facebook & Google Ads

We ran eye catching Facebook ads, Google Display ads, and Google Search ads targeted toward IT managers, procurement officers, and business owners. We pushed a 15% off coupon along with a 14 day trial to compel Brother’s audience to take a step into their funnel. We created custom audiences based on those who have visited the site and lookalike audiences around those who converted.

Feature Focused Lead Nurturing Journey

We fed the leads generated by the ads into a lead nurturing email series, where we saw a greater than 50% open rate. We sent a series of five emails – each focused on a specific printer feature, and going into great detail on how that feature makes our persona’s life easier.
