Being a public hospital, Changi General Hospital’s main goal was to establish a sense of trust among its audience. It wanted to spread awareness, highlight its expertise, and boost patient loyalty.

The most effective way to achieve that was to leverage social media to communicate with their target patients. Due to the team’s lack of knowledge and expertise, they decided to reach out to Brew Interactive for help.

Brew Interactive was brought on board to establish a strong social media presence for Changi General Hospital.

Basis of our discussion with the team, we put together a social media marketing plan that was centered around educating people by sharing reliable information, building positive patient relationships, and promoting the hospital’s services.

From updating people on the latest healthcare information and best practices to sharing patient stories and featuring doctors and nurses working in the hospital – the posts were used to create awareness, engage people and build a deeper connection.

Healthcare information tends to get dry and overwhelming. Due to that, we went beyond just posting static imagery. We made use of engaging formats such as explainer videos and infographics to grab people’s attention and drive engagement.
