Challenge

Founded in Europe, CM.com sought to penetrate the Southeast Asian market. They approached Brew looking for help connecting with their new SEA audience.

The Solutions

Getting Familiar with the Target Audience

We worked with the CM team to identify their audience in Southeast Asia and dig into their demographics and behaviors. We quickly realized that businesses in SEA were interested and in-market for messaging solutions like voice and SMS and to better connect with their customers.

Based on this, our team knew we could maximize their spend by running Google Search campaigns to capitalize on those already seeking CM’s products.

Extensive Keyword Research

Once we identified Google Search as their best channel option, our ads team performed keyword research. Knowing that much of their audience was already in the consideration stage for these solutions, we placed a special emphasis on high-intent keywords to drive deals and help CM penetrate the market quickly.

Refining Existing Landing Pages

CM already had some landing pages for these products, but we helped them refine the pages for their SEA audience, highlight the benefits of each product, and increase keyword relevance to improve Google Ad quality scores.


Rolling Out Google Ad Campaigns

Once the landing pages were live, we then rolled out highly optimized Google Ad campaigns for each product line. We tested a variety of headlines, descriptions, and extensions so that we could quickly optimize over the coming weeks and maximize CM’s ROI.
