Columbia Sportswear operates through retail outlets and online marketplaces such as Amazon and Lazada in Singapore and Malaysia.

Being a globally renowned brand and having been around for years, their primary mode of advertising and engaging with their audience was through traditional channels.

Due to this, they ended up sitting on the sidelines of social media for way too long. They realized that in order to grow their community and truly engage with their customers, they needed to build a stronger presence on social media.

That’s when Brew Interactive was approached.

Solution

We were brought on board to develop and implement a social media strategy for Columbia Sportswear with an objective to build a loyal fan following and drive engagement.

We leveraged this platform to reinforce their brand identity and connect with their target audience while directing them to their retail and online stores, across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

From showcasing their collection to promoting offers — we created a host of engaging and localized content to strike a chord with the audience in Singapore and Malaysia while driving better engagement.
