HOW WE DID IT

PERSONA RESEARCH

We started by conducting persona research to gain a deep understanding of their target audience. We interviewed some of their top clients to understand their needs, challenges, preferences, and more.

In addition to conducting interviews, we also used digital and social media monitoring tools to gather valuable insights on their target audience. This included data on their demographics, geographic location, firmographics, and online behavior.

At the end of this exercise, we crafted two detailed audience personas which formed the basis of our targeted marketing strategy.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY

With a clear focus on CRIF’s business goals and a deep understanding of its target audience through persona research, we strategically crafted CRIF’s social media content strategy.

This involved the establishment of three distinct content pillars that would define the core themes and types of posts we would create. These content pillars served as guiding themes for the social media content, ensuring a consistent approach across the posts.

Secondly, we advocated for a tone of voice for social media that conveyed expertise and reliability, helping position CRIF as a cherished partner that clients turn to for trusted advice.

Finally, in order to build a cohesive brand identity, we established guidelines for establishing a strong visual identity which included brand colors, typography, imagery, and iconography.

This provided consistency and visual recognition across various touchpoints, thereby building brand recognition and fostering a sense of trust and familiarity among the target audience.

CONTENT CREATION

Once the foundation was set, we dove into executing the strategy through engaging LinkedIn posts to maximize engagement on their platform. We created posts centered around:

  • Sharing the brand story and heritage
  • SPromoting key services and offers
  • SConnecting with the target audience

We wanted to effectively communicate their expertise and keep their audience informed through visually captivating static posts and videos which included a mix of thought leadership content, company updates, relevant industry news, and event promotions.

GOOGLE AD CAMPAIGNS TO GENERATE LEADS

One of CRIF’s challenges was to generate new leads and to accomplish this, we ran targeted Google ad campaigns.

We conducted thorough keyword research to identify the relevant keywords and search terms their target audience is likely to use while searching for their services. Basis this, we created persuasive ad copy along with a strong call-to-action that encouraged prospects to click.

It didn’t stop there – we made sure to closely monitor the campaign performance and tested different ad variations to optimize performance and improve lead conversion.

IMPACT

By implementing a targeted marketing strategy fueled by persona research and strategic social media content strategy, CRIF Asia experienced a significant increase in sales by 203% and reduced the cost per acquisition by 63%.

Their social media presence also flourished, with a 40% increase in followers and an impressive 36.3% boost in average reach.
