Mitrais needed to build a steady flow of leads. Being too reliant on business referrals, they were only met with low-quality leads. They also tried to run ads on their own but weren’t too successful due to their lack of knowledge and expertise.

In spite of spending time and money on various lead generation methods, Mitrais failed to acquire qualified leads.

Solution

We were brought on board to help them boost their lead generation efforts and build a steady stream of clients.

After getting a thorough understanding of their business, we conducted persona interviews to understand the target audience, their interests, and their online behavior. The primary audience was identified to be CTOs and SME owners in Singapore.

An optimized landing page was then designed and developed to capture leads

To promote the landing page, we ran ads across multiple networks such as search, display and Facebook. We bid on the relevant keywords and leveraged third-party data to accurately serve ads to the audience we wanted to reach, and drive leads.

We then developed a lead nurturing campaign on Microsoft Dynamics to automate the nurturing process and take leads down the sales funnel.

Results

Our well-planned and executed lead generation efforts were successful, resulting in a 73% decrease in cost per lead and a 103% increase in new business inquiries.
