The Challenges

No License = No Operation

Neuron relies on a license from Australia’s Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development in order to operate. As their license expiration neared, they knew they had to get it renewed or risk catastrophe.
They approached Brew with the goal to improve brand awareness and remain top of mind with policymakers and influencers in order to keep their license.

The SOLUTIONS

Strategy and Persona Development

First, our team met with Neuron Mobility to hear more about their goals, and devise a plan to help them renew their license. We would focus on advertising campaigns that promoted safety targeted at the general public as well as important policy makers.

Facebook & Instagram Ads for Awareness

Our primary goal was to get Neuron’s message of safety in front of as many people as possible, with an extra emphasis on policymakers and influencers. We worked with Neuron to design compelling creative that caught the attention of their audience and helped them remain top of mind – through boosted posts and sponsored posts both in feeds and stories.

Facebook & Instagram Ads for Conversion

In addition to putting Neuron’s message in front of policy makers, we knew an increase in demand for the service could also sway decision makers. So we also ran campaigns focused on app installs. Nonetheless, these ads also highlighted Neuron’s commitment to safety and sharing.

The Results

Wide Reach = Renewed License
We were able to reach nearly 100,000 people in Australia with just a small budget, due to an effective CPM of around $5. Thanks in part to our campaign, Neuron was able to keep their license and continue serving the people of Australia.
