Orchard Hotel is a renowned hotel in Singapore with spacious hotel rooms and a diverse range of restaurants equipped with impressive facilities.
However, they were majorly well-known amongst the older generation and they wanted to change that. They wanted to be the preferred hotel amongst millennials too.
That’s when they reached out to us – to help them reach and connect with the younger generation.
Brew Interactive came on board in 2014. Considering the goal given to us of increasing awareness among millennials, we decided what better way to do that than to leverage social media.
We developed an editorial calendar and created social media content to connect with the younger audience on Facebook and Instagram.
From promoting their staycation offers to their amenities and restaurants – we used social media to reach, engage and strike conversations with millennials and improve their outlook towards Orchard Hotel.
