The furniture and homeware industry is all about inspiring customers with enticing visuals. The most effective way to achieve that is to be active on social media — a gap Scanteak needed to bridge.

Being part of a competitive industry, they realized that they needed to build a strong social media presence to expand reach, create brand awareness, and grow the brand. They could no longer purely rely on word-of-mouth marketing and other traditional methods.

They were on the lookout for social media marketing experts and that’s when we at Brew Interactive were approached.

Solution

The mandate given to us was to devise a social media strategy centered around creating awareness and driving engagement.

We started with understanding the brand, its products, and target audience.

From their diverse range of products and home solutions to the superior quality and reliability of their products – we needed to leverage social media to showcase everything that Scanteak had to offer.

We created a host of inspirational, tactical, and engaging content to inspire their audience while directing traffic to stores and their website. A mix of lifestyle and product-focused imagery was used to help people visualize Scanteak products in their homes.

Apart from introducing them to Facebook and Instagram, we also created a Facebook Shop, enabling people to directly make purchases from their Facebook page.
