Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI) is Singapore’s national research institute for ophthalmic and vision research.

As part of a study, SERI needed to recruit people for clinical trials. While they ran a lot of ads across offline channels such as magazines, posters, and bus leaflets, they failed to obtain quality results and recruit people for clinical trials.

This resulted in time and money spent with very poor returns. That’s not all, using traditional marketing channels also made it difficult for them to measure results and analyze how each of the channels were performing.

That’s when they felt the need to leverage digital mediums and reached out to Brew Interactive for help.

Solution

We were brought on board to generate leads for their clinical trials and help them digitally transform their lead generation efforts.

After having understood the nature of their business, their requirements, and challenges, we mapped out detailed personas and their journeys.

We ran ads across multiple networks such as Google search and Facebook, serving targeted ads to their intended audience, directing them to the clinical trials landing page for capturing leads.
