Challenge

Challenge

Sport Singapore runs ActiveSG, an all-encompassing and inclusive national movement for sport. This initiative offers individuals, families, and communities ample opportunities to experience and share the joy of living better through sport.

They wanted to promote ActiveSG’s onboarding program. Onboarding is a process wherein a person’s health and fitness levels are assessed basis which experts suggest personalized wellness plans and lifestyle habits.

As their past efforts did not gain much traction, they decided to do things differently and adopt a more targeted approach to attract prospects.

Solution

Brew Interactive was assigned the objective of creating awareness about ActiveSG’s onboarding program with an aim to attract a higher number of participants.

We decided to create an interactive quiz and position it as a way to help their target audiences find the wellness solutions they need.

The goal of the quiz was to find out the lifestyle habits their prospects have, and what they would like to improve in their lives.

After users went through a series of questions in the quiz, they were led to one of three outcomes, ‘Eat Better,’ ‘Move Better’ or ‘Rest Better.’

We added a call-to-action button below the results to get additional information such as how to maintain a well-balanced diet, stay active, and adopt good sleeping habits.

The idea behind breaking down the quiz outcome into 3 different categories was to align it with ActiveSG’s key buyer personas. We wanted to provide solutions that would be relevant to the users’ answers or pain points.

Results

Creating an interactive quiz to segment prospects, understand their pain points, and accordingly suggest tailor-made solutions proved to be successful. Users perceived the quiz to be useful and worth their time.

This was reflected in the increase in ActiveSG’s onboarding program participants, coming in from the interactive quiz.
