Backstory

The Star Vista is a popular dining and shopping destination in Buona Vista, Singapore. With over 110 stores spread across multiple levels, the mall houses brands such as Beauty in the Pot and LeNu, Canton Paradise Teahouse, Redman by Phoon Huat, Swee Lee and Cold Storage among others.

The Star Vista is also Singapore’s first naturally cooled mall and has been awarded Green Mark Gold by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority.

The Star Vista was struggling to increase footfalls. While they were leveraging traditional advertising channels, they realized it was time to use social media to build their brand, reach their target audience and attract footfall.

Solution

We were assigned the objective of strengthening their social media presence. We devised a social media strategy centered around increasing reach and engagement.

We strategized and implemented content for their social media platforms to create awareness, engage with their community and strike conversations.

Results

In 4 years of working together, we helped them boost their social media fan base. We helped them attain 18,000 fans, organically and their page saw a massive increase in engagement rate from 0.003% to 2.8%.
